At Salini Jewellery, we offer a return policy valid for up to 14 days from the date of delivery for online orders.

Return Guidelines

• Items must be returned in their original condition, showing no signs of wear and tear, or damage.
• All original packaging (box and/or pouch) must be included.
• Individual items from bundles cannot be returned separately; the complete set must be returned.

Exceptions to Our Return Policy:

•   For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings.
•   Sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

Shipping and Fees

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a registered or trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Returns must be posted within 7 days of approval.

Customers returning faulty or incorrect items online will not incur a return shipping fee.

How to Arrange a Return:

• Contact us at hello@salinijewellery.com to initiate your return.
• Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return in your email.
  • Subject Line: RETURN *order number*

Faulty Items:

• If you receive a faulty item, please contact our Customer Care team at hello@salinijewellery.com with photos of the defect.
• Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a refund. Please avoid attempting any repairs yourself, as we cannot accept returns for items damaged due to misuse.

Processing Returns:

• Upon receiving your return, we will offer a refund or store credit, excluding shipping costs.
• Refunds are processed within 14 business days. Please allow up to 5 additional business days for your bank to credit your account.

Exchanges:

• Currently, we do not offer exchanges. To obtain a different item or size, please return the original item for a refund or store credit and place a new order.

Order Changes:

• Orders cannot be modified once placed. If you need to change your order, please return the received item according to our return policy and submit a new order.
